
Phua Tashie Xiong is a single mother, social justice advocate, yoga & fitness enthusiast and personal development aficionado. She is also a survivor of sexual assault, domestic violence and suicide. Tashie’s daily practice of gratitude has helped her build strength and resilience in her own life. Now she hopes to inspire womxn to recognize their inherent resilience and empower them to harness their inner strength to be a champion in their lives.
